Looking For Experienced Equipment Rental Agent / Service Person

Our South Side location and our West Side location are looking for an Equipment Rental Agent / Service Person.

Requirements:

• Must have experience in the equipment rental industry
• Knowledge and experience with running and servicing a variety of equipment
• Great attention to detail
• Willingness to learn an in-house computer system
• Experience in the customer service industry
• Mechanical knowledge of equipment an asset

Duties:

• Writing and closing contracts
• Answering customers inquiries both in person and over the phone
• Doing monthly/cycle billings
• Dealing with cash
• Help to move the equipment out of the shop every morning and back in to the shop every evening
• Servicing of equipment as required
• Loading and unloading of equipment as needed
